The next election will take place on Tuesday November 5, 2019. Polls will be open from 7am to 8pm.
Ordering a Ballot
To order an absentee ballot, voters can:
- Request an absentee ballot online by clicking here
- Call the Westbrook Election Hotline at 207-591-8116
- Mail an Absentee Ballot Request Form to:

Westbrook, ME 04092 - Visit the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours (8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday)
You may request an absentee ballot "without cause" (i.e. without providing a reason for your request) until close of business on the Thursday prior to the election. After that date, you may only obtain an absentee ballot if you fall subject to certain Special Exception provisions.
Submission Deadline
Your absentee ballot must be returned to the City Clerk's Office by 8pm on Election Day (coinciding with the close of the polls).
