July 3 American Ride – American Ride is the hottest modern country band in Southern Maine and, on the eve of Independence Day and the birthday of our nation, is the perfect fit for the opening show of the 2019 Summer Concert Series! American Ride knocks out covers of Zac Brown Band, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, and other chart-topping country artists. www.AmericanRideMaine.com

July 10 Westbrook City Band – In the 1880s, a band known as The Salaberry Band was formed, which, in 1884, became known as the Westbrook City Band. Their repertoire ranges from the classic and light classics to overtures, Broadway show tunes, marches, solo works with band accompaniment and Dixieland jazz selections. For almost eighty years, only six full-time conductors have led the band – Sam Guimond, John Gooch, Arthur Stevens, Dick Kelley, Jerry Brooks, and John Knox. www.Facebook.com/WestbrookCityBand

July 17 Legolas – Legolas is made up of Peter Albert, Mike Wormwood, Paul Fournier, and professional touring artist Marc Macisso. Legolas originally formed as a rock band in the 60’s, playing regularly throughout Westbrook and the Greater Portland area. Recently, they’ve been performing at the Frog & Turtle, and continue to please crowds with a variety of blues tunes, Jethro Tull, Johnny Cash, and other hits that you’ll easily recognize! www.PeterAlbertGuitar.com

July 24 Erica Brown & The Bluegrass Connection – At age nine, Erica Brown was traveling throughout New England, Canada, and even Louisiana with the Maine French Fiddlers. She also performed as a special guest with Mac McHale And The Old-Time Radio Gang for five years, was a member of the Bates College “Fighting Bobcats” Orchestra for five years, and was a member of the Maine All-State Music Festival for two years. She has competed in and won numerous fiddle contests throughout New England and Canada. In 2003, Erica was awarded Junior Female Entertainer Of The Year by the Maine Country Music Association and, in 2006, she received the Harold Carter Memorial Award from the Down East Country Music Association. Her talent for combining the precision of classical music with the spontaneity of country and bluegrass fiddle makes for a fun-filled performance every time she plays. Performance highlights include opening for Grammy Award-winning country music superstar, Dwight Yoakam, as well as Grammy award-winning bluegrass performer, Ricky Skaggs, and Kentucky Thunder. www.Facebook.com/EBandtheBC

July 31 Andy Penk – Andy Penk is a singer-songwriter located in Westbrook, ME, and Cleveland, OH. He’s been playing at bars and restaurants in the Greater Portland area for the past four years. In 2017, he released an EP of original music, Waiting on an Answer, and followed up this release last December with a full-length album, The Free Fall. Both are available on iTunes and Spotify. Penk, a Cheverus High School graduate, lists John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, U2, Stevie Wonder, and Bon Jovi as some of his musical influences. He previously played the Riverbank Park Summer Concert Series in 2015. www.Facebook.com/AndyPenkMusic

August 7 Pardon Me, Doug – A Tribute to Phish – Pardon Me, Doug (aka PMD) is a premier Phish tribute band formed in the fall of 2012 consisting of Portland, ME, music scene veterans Benny St. Clair (guitar), Chris Chasse (bass), Cameron Gray (drums), and Justin Wiley (keys). They have quickly amassed a loyal following of their own fellow Phish fans that, like themselves, need their fix when Phish isn't on tour. With a catalog of over 250 songs, no PMD show is the same, and the jams are a perfect blend of years of Phish influence and their own takes on the high-energy improvisation that Phish is so well known for. A PMD show is not just a concert, it's an experience! Check out our Facebook page here for upcoming shows. www.Facebook.com/PardonMeDoug
