Reporting Requirements
Title 21-A Sec. 1053-A requires candidates in municipalities with populations of 15,000 or more to file Campaign Finance reports. These reports are public records, and provide information on who is contributing to municipal campaigns and where the money is spent. Included below are the Campaign Finance registrations and reports for the November 8, 2022 election. Candidates may be exempt from reporting requirements if they do not raise/expend funds on their campaign, but all candidates are required to submit a registration.
