Downtown Parking Lot

Westbrook Environmental Improvement Corporation (WEIC) purchased a 0.26 acre parcel on the corner of Quimby Avenue and West Pleasant Street for use as a construction laydown area during the upgrade of William Clarke Drive/Wayside Drive. WEIC also saw the potential of the site as being a future economic investment. The lot is located near the City’s high density downtown area that has limited public parking. WEIC anticipates that this lot will provide an additional incentive for business growth if developed for public parking.
