The Zoning Board of Appeals has the jurisdiction and authority to act on all administrative appeals, variance appeals, and miscellaneous appeals. See Section 162-14 of the Westbrook Code of Ordinances for more information.
This board is composed of five voting members with two Alternates, all appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council.

Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held at 7pm on the second Tuesday of every month. Meetings are held at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center (471 Stroudwater Street, Westbrook).
