Department Mission

It is the mission of the Westbrook Communications Department, as Westbrook's "first" first responders, to process all 911 and non-emergency calls for service in an accurate and timely manner. Our first priority is always the safety of our callers and service providers. We shall strive to notify, coordinate and facilitate our personnel in the field with accuracy and completeness every day in order to protect life and preserve property. We shall complete our mission with the kindness and compassion that our citizens deserve.
